Should you be dissatisfied with a purchase from Stromberg Golf Online website, you may return unused products in their original packaging including our labels and ticketing within 21 days of receipt for a full refund (less the original postage amount paid).
For your own peace of mind we recommend that you use an established courier company, with recorded delivery. We do not accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for the goods. Please note: all return postage charges are to be met by the customer, unless returning due to a fault with the garment.
If you are returning a faulty item to us you can email us with an image of the fault to sales@stromberggolf.com where we can quickly assess the fault and arrange a collection if justifiable, alternatively you can return the item to us yourself, upon receipt of the item a refund of the return costs (up to a maximum of £5-UK and £10-Internationally) can be arranged once an investigation has been concluded and the fault deemed acceptible.
We can only accept returns delivered to us; we cannot accept returns brought to our warehouse in person.
Please include a covering letter containing the order number (this can be found on your original order confirmation email) and account information including details of the action you wish us to take with your return.
Please note: Orders placed during the Christmas period (1st December - 1st January) are exempt from this and have until the 18th January. A refund request will be actioned within 5 week days from receipt. The 21 days start from the day of dispatch, but as a minimum includes a period of 7 working days from the day after delivery to you as the permitted cancellation period. This would not apply for special orders taken on behalf of the customer.
