All orders which are accepted by Stromberg Golf Online shall be subject to these Conditions and no contract shall be deemed to be in place until we have accepted your order.
An order is not accepted until your credit/charge/debit card is processed. Any e-mail, on-screen receipt or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the e-mail or the receipt. We reserve the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable Stromberg Golf Online to evaluate and/or process the order.
You will be advised if an item is out of stock. You may be offered an alternative product if one is available or you may cancel your order. All prices are quoted in pounds Sterling and do not include cost of delivery and packaging.
Payment shall be made at the time that the order is placed. Payment may be made by major credit card and debit cards: (Switch/Maestro UK customers only). Goods will not be dispatched until Stromberg Golf Online is in receipt of cleared funds.
Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and are current at the time of publishing. Prices will be as confirmed by Stromberg Golf Online when your Order is confirmed.
We reserve the right at any time to correct clerical omissions and errors without any liability on Stromberg Golf Online’s part.
We reserve the right to request additional information for the purpose of payment authentication.
Ownership of the Goods delivered or to be delivered by Stromberg Golf Online will only be transferred to you when the Goods have been delivered to you and we have received cleared funds in full payment of all sums owing.
Standard UK Delivery within 4 working days, 7-10 Working Days for Europe and 7-14 Working days for the rest of the world: Free Delivery on all orders over £50 within the UK, over £100 within Europe, over £150 within the North America's and over £200 the rest of the world.
Delivery charges will be shown in the checkout screen, they can vary depending on number of items ordered.
Orders will only be dispatched between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays and Christmas shut down December 20th to January 1st).
Your orders will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution centre.
Unfortunately we can not deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.
Although we do our best to ensure that stock is always available, sometimes we may simply run out; when this happens we will contact you immediately with an estimated delivery date for your order or the option to receive a full refund if you would prefer not to wait.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Stromberg Golf Online is not liable for any duty or custom charges for good delivered outside of the UK.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures
Should you be dissatisfied with a purchase from Stromberg Golf Online website, you may return unused products in their original packaging including our labels and ticketing within 21 days of receipt for a full refund (less the original postage amount paid). A refund request will be actioned within 5 week days from receipt. The 21 days start from the day of dispatch, but as a minimum includes a period of 7 working days from the day after delivery to you as the permitted cancellation period.
This would not apply for special orders taken on behalf of the customer. Special orders cannot be returned or cancelled once ordered.
We recommend that you use an established courier company, with recorded delivery. We do not accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for the goods. Please note: all return postage charges to be met by customer, unless returning due to a fault with the garment.
Please return your faulty or unwanted products to us via a courier company or Royal Mail. We can only accept returns delivered to us, we cannot accept returns brought to our warehouse in person.

All Goods come with a 12 month guarantee backed by Stromberg. In relation to Faulty Goods:
For purchases under 30 days old (from date of despatch by Stromberg), we will exchange the item at our expense.
For purchases over 30 days old (from date of despatch by Stromberg) and less than 12 months please send back the item. We will inspect the item and will either repair, replace or return the item to you (we will return the item if we feel there is no manufacturing fault). If Stromberg determines the item is faulty, then we will reimburse reasonable costs that were incurred when the item was returned (upon production of valid receipts).
We accept no responsibility for Goods not received or damaged in transit. Special orders can only be returned if there is found to be a manufacturing fault. If the item can be repaired, Stromberg will aim to do so. If it cannot be repaired, a replacement item will be offered.
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately on Stromberg’s website and other advertising materials, slight variations may occur.
All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will reasonably allow.
Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens/prints.
Shortages & Damages
In the event that your order has a shortage, a product is damaged or incorrect items have been received, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of the delivery. Please contact Stromberg Golf Online with the details of the claim. Please note that we cannot accept any claims after 48 hours of receipt of this order.
Stromberg Golf Online will on occasions run special offers through its website. These offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers that may be running at the same time or have been used at previous times.
We may share your information with reputable third parties whose products or services we think will interest you. We will share your details with Third parties in order to fulfil your order
By supplying us with your information you do not consider use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy to breach any of your rights under the Telecommunications (Data Protection and Privacy) regulations 1999.
